Ms. El-Loubani received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a specialty track in Risk Management & Insurance from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston in 2019. Ms. El-Loubani then obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in 2022.

Before joining Daw & Ray in March of 2024, Ms. El-Loubani worked for a Plaintiff’s civil litigation firm in Houston, Texas handling wrongful death, premises liability, and personal injury claims. Ms. El-Loubani is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District, Eastern District, and Western District.

Ms. El-Loubani’s areas of concentration include commercial litigation and liability, construction defect litigation, first and third party insurance defense, premises liability, and personal injury.
