Daw & Ray, L.L.P. is a diverse group of trial attorneys dedicated to providing the best possible civil legal representation to our wide range of clients. Starting in Houston as a solo practice, it has been our drive to provide truly exceptional and responsive legal representation that has allowed our steady growth. Our firm started in 1994 when Willie Ben (Bill) Daw, III, left a large regional firm and started a solo practice dedicated to representing insureds and insurance companies. Growth occurred almost immediately and within three years, the firm totaled eight attorneys. In 2005, at the request of a long-time client, we opened an office in San Antonio. A few years of that expansion, we expanded even more and moved into the Texas Rio Grande Valley by opening an office there. Our growth is continuing as we are very pleased to announce that we are expanding once again, this time to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Our growth is not so much by design as to fill the needs of our clients.

Additionally, we defend construction defect claims, including representing general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in large, multi-party and complex lawsuits and arbitration proceedings.
