Ms. Kraus received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2020. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2023.

Before joining Daw & Ray, Ms. Kraus worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm in Houston, Texas and interned with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. Kraus is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ms. Kraus’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and third-party insurance defense.
