Ms. Pasnik received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1999.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP in June of 2024, Ms. Pasnik worked as staff counsel for State Farm Mutual Insurance in Houston, Texas handling civil litigation. Ms. Pasnik is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and Louisiana.

Ms. Pasnik’s areas of concentration include personal injury and premises liability.
