Ms. Diaz received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Houston - Downtown. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Oklahoma University College of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2017.

While in law school, Ms. Diaz was an active member of the American Indian Law Review and volunteered her time to Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing and the Marque & Jacque Albert Scholarship. Prior to joining Daw & Ray, LLP, Ms. Diaz worked for civil litigation boutique firms in both Houston, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma handling Plaintiff’s personal injury lawsuits. Ms. Diaz then went on to practice immigration and disaster law at a recognized non-profit organization. Ms. Diaz is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ms. Diaz’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third party insurance defense.
