MANITA L. WILLINGHAM

Mrs. Willingham received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2016.

During law school, Mrs. Willingham secured a position in the Pro Bono Honors Program through her participation in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse Program, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program. Mrs. Willingham successfully competed in the South Texas Mock Trial Competition and concurrently served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Prior to joining Daw & Ray, LLP, Mrs. Willingham advocated for individuals with a focus on tax law, immigration law, and contract law. Mrs. Willingham is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Mrs. Willingham’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, first and third party insurance defense.
