Ms. Tajipour joined Daw & Ray in 2018 and has been a partner since 2019. Ms. Tajipour graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. Ms. Tajipour became licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 2008 and in the State of New York in 2010. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.

Prior to joining Daw & Ray, Ms. Tajipour gained substantial legal experience by initially serving as defense counsel for multiple insurance carriers at a boutique litigation law firm and handling residential and commercial property lawsuits resulting from various causes of loss. Thereafter, she accepted a unique opportunity to step across the aisle and represent property owners and policyholders against insurance companies at a recognized plaintiff litigation firm. She then served as legal counsel for a regional insurance carrier.

Ms. Tajipour’s areas of concentration include first and third party insurance defense, particularly in property damage litigation and arbitration arising from construction defect. She is also a certified mediator.
