Mr. Kachnik received a Bachelor of Science from Emory University, in Atlanta. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2018.

Before joining Daw & Ray, LLP Andrew worked for a civil litigation firm in Humble, Texas handling all aspects of personal injury litigation. Mr. Kachnik is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Kachnik has also been licensed as an all-lines Texas adjuster.

Mr. Kachnik’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third-party insurance defense.
