TRAVIS W. MILLER
Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Liberty University in 2005. In 2011, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, graduating magna cum laude, from Liberty University School of Law. He was licensed to practice law in the state of Texas in 2011.
While in law school, Mr. Miller served on the Liberty University Law Review as the Notes and Comments Editor. He also was an active member in his school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution team. During his third year of law school, Mr. Miller clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Roanoke, Virginia, where he regularly conducted trials before a federal magistrate, and sat second-chair for a 20-count federal bankruptcy fraud, perjury, wire fraud, and money laundering jury trial in the Western District of Virginia. Before joining Daw & Ray, L.L.P., Mr. Miller most recently clerked with an Austin firm that focuses on estate planning and asset protection for high-net-worth individuals.
Mr. Miller’s areas of concentration include personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and first and third party insurance defense. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association, and the Hidalgo County Bar Association.
