EVAN N. KRAMER
Evan is a trial attorney with experience on both sides of the docket who has successfully tried cases before juries in federal and state courts across Texas. Evan began his legal career working as the Briefing Attorney for Justice Paul Murphy on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston and has since spent more than twenty-five years in private practice with Texas law firms.
Evan’s current practice includes the defense of automotive, transportation, product liability, premises liability and other personal injury claims, as well as the representation of parties in business and commercial matters. Previously, Evan was the attorney-in-charge for Texas and much of Central and South America for a major automotive manufacturer involved in high-profile multi-district products liability litigation. He has also worked in-house as regional counsel for a Fortune 100 insurer, where he managed personal lines and commercial litigation throughout Texas.
Evan attended Rice University as a National Merit Scholar and graduated with a degree in Philosophy in 1986. He received a full-tuition Law Foundation Scholarship at Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was a published Research Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and a member of the Board of Barristers. He obtained his law degree in 1989 and was licensed to practice law in 1990.
Evan is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
