ERIN P. LOCKSHIN
Ms. Lockshin received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mills College in Oakland, California. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Whittier Law School. During that time, Ms. Lockshin clerked for an international law firm focusing on commercial contract disputes. Ms. Lockshin, a Merit Scholarship recipient, gained valuable research and writing experience as a member of the Whittier Journal of Child & Family Advocacy.
Following graduation, Ms. Lockshin worked for a personal injury litigation firm in California, focusing on FELA and medical mal practice cases. Prior to joining Daw & Ray, L.L.P., Ms. Lockshin worked for a major insurance carrier. Ms. Lockshin was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2016 and is a Member of the State Bar of Texas.
Ms. Lockshin’s areas of concentration include construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, commercial liability, and third-party insurance defense.
